Welcome to the general website (“Kenechi Site”) for the not-for-profit entity, Kenechi, Inc. (“Kenechi”). The Kenechi Site is the website whose home page is located at https://www.kenechi.com. This is not the user agreement or terms and conditions for social networking sites or other platforms where Kenechi has a presence that are on websites other than the Kenechi Site. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, including the online Kenechi Privacy Policy. By using the Kenechi Site, you agree to follow the rules set forth on these web pages. From time to time we may revise these Terms and Conditions including the online Kenechi Privacy Policy, so be sure to check these web pages occasionally. Kenechi Privacy Policy & Information You Voluntarily Submit to the Kenechi Site

Kenechi owns or licenses the trademark and/or copyright in all the materials on the Kenechi Site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, photographs, curriculum, downloads, and audiovisual materials, and those rights are protected by United States and international trademark and copyright laws and other intellectual property laws (“Kenechi Site Content”). Permission is granted to download and print materials from this web site for the purpose of viewing, reading, and retaining for reference. Information You Post to the Kenechi Site

You may not frame the content of the Kenechi Site. You may not use metatags or any other “hidden text” that incorporates Kenechi trademarks or our name without our express written consent.

The Kenechi Site contains links to other websites that host Kenechi content or provide other resources that we think may be of interest or use to you. We are not responsible for and have no control over these other sites or their content. Remember that when you link to another site away from the Kenechi Site, that other site is governed by its own terms and conditions and privacy policy that is separate and likely different that Kenechi’s.

The Limitation of Liability and Governing Law Sections of these Terms and Conditions survive any such termination.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois applicable to contracts made and performed there without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the State of Illinois and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
